Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja.Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor lain yang diketahui dapat mempengaruhi kinerja secara menyeluruh.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 122 orang dengan memilih 15 orang diantaranya sebagai sampel.
