Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah secara parsial maupun simultan Net Profit Margin, Debt Asset Ratio, Market to Book Value of Asset mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Price Book Value. Dalam penelitian ini Price Book Value adalah variabel dependent serta Net Profit Margin, Debt Asset Ratio, Market to Book Value of Asset adalah variabel independent. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate selama periode 2008 � 2010. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang tercatat di BEI dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2010 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin, Debt Asset Ratio, Market to Book Value of Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Price Book Value sebesar 50.1%. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Debt Asset Ratio dan Market to Book Value of Asset terhadap Price Book Value, Sedangkan rasio Net Profit Margin tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Price Book Value. Sementara itu secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel independent (NPM, DAR, MBVA) terhadap variabel dependent (PBV).
