Karya tulis ini dimaksudkan sebagai laporan atas Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang penulis lakukan di PT. Biotek Saranatama dari tanggal 1 September hingga 31 Oktober 2009, yakni menyangkut tentang proses pelaksanaan peran CRO yang sebagai salah satu tugas MPR dalam meningkatkan Relationship. Laporan ini membahas apa yang penulis lakukan selama melakukan Praktik Kerja Lapangan, yakni mulai membuat catatan pemesanan dan pengiriman barang yang dipesan konsumen, mengantar barang langsung ke konsumen dan melayani konsumen secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Dalam laporan ini dijelaskan mengenai Peran Customer Service Officer dalam Meningkatkan Relationship di PT. Biotek Saranatama. Tujuan dari peran CRO ini untuk melayani dan menjaga hubungan baik kepada konsumen. Laporan ini memuat seluruh pemahaman dan pengalaman yang diperoleh penulis selama penyusunan tugas mandiri ini.
