The purpose of this research is to figure out the autonomy difference between girl teenagers with working mother and not working mother. This research uses field study with incidential sampling technique. The working mother in this research is the woman which working up to seven or eight hours outside house. A hundred girl teenagers between 19 to 21 are chosen to be the participants. The data is collected by using questionnare developed based on theory of autonomy consisted six aspects/dimensions. The summary of analysis shows that there is no significant link in autonomy and its aspects between the girl teenagers with working mother and not working mother.
