Description:
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan,
kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan JNE Jakarta
Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Esa Unggul, Jakarta Barat, dengan
jumlah sampel sebanyak seratus lima puluh lima responden dimana pengambilan
sampel menggunakan metode cross sectional.
Dari hasil analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), yang
diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,
kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan
tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh
negatif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan
