Karya tulis ini dimaksudkan sebagai laporan atas Praktek Kerja yang
penulis lakukan di DAAI TV dari 01 Oktober 2014 sampai dengan 31 Desember
2014, yakni menyangkut Peran Creattive Reporter Dalam Merekrut Narasumber
Pada Program Meniti Harapan di DAAI TV.
Laporan kuliah kerja praktek (KKP) yang penulis lakukan selama
melakukan praktek kerja di DAAI TV sebagai Creative Reporter, yang bekerja
dari pra sampai pasca produksi. Meniti Harapan merupakan jenis program Talk
Show. Acara Meniti Harapan terbagi menjadi 3 segmen yaitu, 1) Segmen 1 :
Opening, VT 1 (Profil Narasumber), Chit Chat 2) Segmen 2 : Chit Chat, VT 2
(Kegiatan Narasumber), 3) segmen 3 : chit-chat dan closing.
Berdasarkan apa yang penulis lakukan dan amati selama praktek kerja,
dapat penulis simpulkam bahwa seorang Creative Reporter bekerja dari
menentukan narasumber sampai peliputan. Hal ini sangat intim dalam produksi
program Meniti Harapan karena peranan sebagai Creative Reporter menjadi
penentu keberhasilan dan kesuksesan acara tersebut. Meskipun tak lepas dari
peran Asiten Produse yang memabantu Creative Reporter
