EFEKTIFITAS PERATURAN DAERAH KHUSUS IBUKOTA JAKARTA MENGENAI LARANGAN MENGAMEN, MENGEMIS DAN PEDAGANG ASONGAN DI WILAYAH CENGKARENG JAKARTA BARAT

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effectiveness of the Special Capital Region Regulation of Jakarta Number 8 of 2007 concerning Public Order. Article 40 regarding the prohibition of busking, begging and hawkers along with obstacles that occur in the implementation of these regulations. The research methodology used is an empirical method that is strengthened by descriptive and qualitative approaches. Because the main purpose of this study is to describe and provide an explanation of the Effectiveness of Article 40 of DKI Jakarta Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2007 concerning Public Order in the Cengkareng District area. The techniques used by researchers in data collection are interviews, observation, narration, and documentation study. The results of the study see that in the implementation of regional regulations on public order, there are interests both directly and indirectly from the government and the community. This study shows that there is still a lack of compliance from street vendors and buskers.
