Description:

Dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen melalui Kepuasan Konsumen (studi kasus PT BPR Nusantara Bona pasogit 12 KC Karawaci). Variabel independen terdiri atas Customer Relationship Management, variabel dependen terdiri atas Loyalitas Konsumen, dan variabel intervening terdiri atas Kepuasan Konsumen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT BPR Nusantara Bona pasogit 12 KC Karawaci yang sudah menggunakan jasa lebih dari 6 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Customer Relationship Management terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dan variabel Customer Relationship Management tidak lah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen.
