Description:

RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot merupakan bagian dari Hermina Hospital Group, yaitu rumah sakit swasta sosio-ekonomi yang mengkhususkan diri dalam bidang pelayanan spesialistik kebidanan, penyakit kandungan dan kesehatan anak, serta ditunjang dengan unit-unit pelayanan spesialistik lainnya. Dalam hal pengelolaan rumah sakit, diduga loyalitas pasien dipengaruhi oleh citra, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi. Seberapa besar pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut merupakan masalah yang diteliti. Masalah tersebut diteliti dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur seberapa besar variabel-variabel citra, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi dapat menjelaskan variabel loyalitas pasien. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan t-test untuk menguji pengaruh variabel citra, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi secara parsial terhadap variabel loyalitas pasien. Sedangkan untuk menguji variabel citra, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi secara simultan digunakan F-test. Secara simultan variabel citra, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Secara parsial citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan nilai sig 0,028, Begitupun dengan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan promosi dengan masing masing nilai sig 0,018 dan 0,014. Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan rumah sakit meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini karena variabel ini merupakan variabel yang mempunyai nilai beta koefisien terkecil yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien, sedangkan promosi yang telah dilakukan perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan sehingga akan meningkatkan loyalitas pasien terhadap poliklinik kebidanan RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot.

Abstract RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot is a part of Hermina Hospital Group, what a social-economic hospital who specially for midwife, obgyn and child medical serve, also with specially the other unit. In manage hospital, guess medical pacient loyalty influenced by brand image, quality of service and promotion. How big third influence of the factor is problem that is accurate. The prolem will be checked by using double linear regression analysis to measure how big variabel brand image, quality of service and promotion can explain satisfaction medical pacient loyalty. Hypothesis test done with t-test to test variable influence brand image, quality of service and promotion parsially to satisfaction variable medical pacient loyalty. While to test variable brand image, quality of service and promotion in simultan is applied by F-Test. In simultaneously independent variable (brand image, quality of service and promotion) influential significant to dependent variable (medical pacient loyalty) with level of signifikan 95%. In partially, variable brand image influential significant to medical pacient loyalty with value sig 0,028. So with variable quality of service and promotion with value sig 0,018 and 0,014. From result of research is expected hospital to increase quality of service what they served until now, because that variable is the small beta coefficient who satisfaction medical pacient loyalty, while promotion needs defended good of that and increased, with the result that will be increase medical pacient loyalty to RSIA Hermina Daan Mogot polyclinic midwife.
