Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi terkait pengaruh brand love dan brand experience terhadap customer engagement, serta kemudian pengaruh customer engagement terhadap brand loyalty baiksecara langsung maupun yang dimediasi oleh brand attachmentdan customer trust pada industri kosmetik brand lokal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan melibatkan 202 responden pengguna Instagram yang merupakan wanita generasi milenialis di Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa brand love dan brand experience memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap brand loyalty yang dimediasi oleh brand attachment dan customer trust. Sementara untuk customer engagement tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung dalam meningkatkan brand loyalty secara langsung. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini untuk praktisi industri maupun peneliti adalah dengan membangun brand love yang kuatdan brand experience yang menyenangkan maka akan dapat menciptakan customer engagement, kemudian brand loyalty yang dimiliki customer akan semakin tinggi ketika brand tersebut mampu memperkuat customer engagement yang kemudian menciptakan brand attachment dan customer trust.
