Description:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pelanggan
terhadap pelayanan informasi Call Center Esia. Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut,
peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif.
Alat pengumpul data melalui kuisioner dengan sampel penelitian 40 responden.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelanggan yang telah
menggunakan layanan call center esia merasa puas dengan pelayanan informasi
yang diberikan oleh Call Center Esia.
