Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan daya tarik twitter follower dan brand image bagi pengunjung Mall Living World Alam Sutera, Metode survai dengan tujuan penelitian Dekriptif. Pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah Sensus, bahan penelitiannya adalah pungunjung Mall Living Wolrd Alam Sutera yang menggunakan Twitter, dan unit analisisnya adalah individu. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian hubungan daya tarik twitter terhahap brand image Hubungan yang cukup berarti 0,44 Saran kepada Mall Living World Alam Sutera Khusus Management Living world agar mengingkatan lagi kepuasaan pengunjung di media sosial twitter follower dengan cara promosi yang lebih unik dan kreatif.
