Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan program customer satisfaction pada divisi customer relations di laboratorium klinik Prodia cabang Puri Indah tahun 2016. Program customer satisfaction menjadi agenda rutin pada tiap tahunnya untuk menjadi acuan kegiatan customer satisfaction untuk tahun berikutnya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, non probability dengan teknik sampling purposive. Pertama melakukan pencarian kategori program customer satisfaction. Kedua melakukan wawancara dengan divisi customer relations. Ketiga melakukan analisa kategori program customer satisfaction yang dikaitkan dengan hasil wawancara.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisa program customer satisfaction di laboratorium klinik Prodia Puri Indah mengacu pada empat metode yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yaitu melalui sistem keluhan dan saran, ghost shopping, lost customer analisis dan survey kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian peneliti mampu memperoleh gambaran mengenai metode yang paling dominan digunakan dalam perencanaan program.
