Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh spiritualitas kerja terhadap
kepemimpinan guru, sehingga diperoleh konstruk dan model pengembangan kepemimpinan guru dari
faktor spiritualitas kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar �X� Jakarta. Metode penelitian
kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data
dilakukan melalui angket. Subjek penelitian adalah semua guru wali kelas di Sekolah Dasar �X�
Jakarta yang berjumlah 30 guru dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis
menunjukan bahwa spiritualitas kerja terhadap kepemimpinan guru memiliki korelasi sebesar 0,942
atau 94,2% dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 0,887 atau 88,7%. Selain itu, hasil pengujian hipotesis
(uji t) diperoleh t-hitung = 14,825 > t-tabel = 2,048 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti tolak H0
dan terima H1. Berdasarkan data tersebut, bermakna bahwa variabel spiritualitas kerja berpengaruh
secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepemimpinan guru. Implementasi dari hasil analisis di
atas menjadi dasar pertimbangan dilanjutkannya konstruk dan model pengembangan kepemimpinan
guru dari faktor spiritualitas kerja.

This study aimed to examine the influence of workplace spirituality to teacher leadership,
with the result that obtained constructs and teacher leadership development model from workplace
spirituality factors. This research was conducted in �X� elementary school. This quantitative research
used survey method with the causal approach. Data collection technique was done via the question
form. The subject of research is all of teacher in the school aggregate 30 teachers with saturated
sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that workplace spirituality to leadership has a
correlation of 94.2% or 0.942 and donations effectively amounted to 88.7% or 0.887. In addition, the
results of hypothesis testing (t-test) acquired t-count = 14.825 > t-table = 2.048 with significance 0.05
means fail 0.000 < H0 and H1 receipt. Based on those data, it means that the workplace spirituality
variable has a positive and significant effect on the teacher leadership variable. The implementation of
the analysis results above becomes the basis for the consideration of the continuation of the construct
and model of teacher leadership development from workplace spirituality factors.
