Description:

The objective of research is to empirically analyze the deference or performance of among male and female auditors at public accounting firm. The performance is measured using organizational commitment, professional commitment, motivation, career opportunity, and job satisfaction. Subjects in this research are auditors at public accounting office in DKI Jakarta. Data were collected using survey method. From 129 questionnaires disseminated to all respondent only 74 of the returned questionnaires mere valid for analyses. The test statistic used is the Paired-Sample t Test that processed using SPSS 18.0 software. The result prove that there is difference or organizational commitment, professional commitment, motivation, career opportunity, and job satisfaction between male and female auditor�s at public accountant office but the result prove that there is no difference organizational commitment between male and female auditor�s at public accountant office
