Karya tulis ini merupakan laporan Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang penulis alami sebagai Junior Marketing Public Realtions LIKU Creative dari tanggal 5 Agustus 2019 sampai dengan 20 September 2019. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Marketing Public Relations LIKU dalam lobi dan negosiasi kepada klien. Hasil laporan ini memberikan gambaran kegiatan penulis sebagai Junior Marketing Public Relations yang melakukan kegiatan lobi dan negosiasi, mapping klien, telemarketing, content planning dan content writing. Setelah itu, peran Marketing Public Relations berkomunikasi dan membangun hubungan baik kepada pelanggan. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang penulis lakukan selama Praktik Kerja Lapangan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Marketing Public Relations LIKU Creative sangat berperan dalam melayani serta menjalin hubungan kepada klien
