Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Persepsi Risiko, Persepsi Kemudahan Terhadap Niat Beli Ulang Konsumen Melalui Kepercayaan Pada Industri Belanja Online. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 30 butir pertanyaan yang di sebarkan 150 responden.pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode analisis menggunakan uji analisis path. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan antara persepsi risiko,persepsi kemudahan,kepercayaan terhadap niat beli ulang.
