Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisi pelayanan customer
dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada customer di RSU UKI Jakarta yang akan menjadi cerminan untuk mengetahui tentang pelayanan custumer service saat melayani customer dan memberikan informasi di RSU UKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga merujuk kepada pelayanan kesehatan dari pihak RSU UKI Jakarta kepada customer untuk menimbulkan perasaan yang puas sehingga customer bisa kembali lagi jika mengalami sakit. Pelayan dalam suatu instansi atau perusahaan terutama bidang kesehatan dapat dikenal bagus dan baik biasanya akan berawal dari pelayanan hal kecil seperti memberikan informasi kepada customer sesuai dengan kebutuhan customer. Dari penelitian ini akan menjadi tolak ukur dari pelayanan informasi tentang kebutuhan customer kesehatan yang akan membawa customer tersebut kembali kerumah sakit atau tidak sama sekali.
