Description:

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi personal branding selebritis dalam mebangun citra positif melalui Media Sosial Instagram (Studi Kasus Instagram @da4_putri03). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi personal brand Putri isnari melalui Media Sosial Instagram dan untuk mengetahui komponen apa saja yang diperioritaskan Putri isnari dalam membangun personal branding melalui Media Sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan Source Crebility Theory yang dikemukakan oleh Hovland, Janis dan Kelley serta didukung dengan pengaplikasian teori dari Erwin Parengkuan yaitu strategi dalam membangun personal branding melalui Media Sosial Instagram komponen-komponen personal branding. Penelitian ini menggunakan Paragdigma Interpretif dan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Putri isnari menggunakan strategi personal branding dengan memperhatikan indikator strategi personal branding yang dirumuskan oleh Erwin Parengkuan yaitu (membangun kredibilitas, menjaga dan memelihara hubungan dengan followers serta memberikan petunjuk kepada target market). Putri isnari juga menggunakan komponen-komponen personal branding dengan memperhatikan indikator komponen personal branding yang dirumuskan oleh Erwin Parengkuan yang dibagi atas komponen utama (value, skill and competence, behavior) serta komponen tambahan (total look, otentik, uniqueness).
