Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi dan hambatan marketing public relations perusahaan FNB dalam mempromosikan produk.Pradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah positivisme yang bertujuan untuk melihat strategi marketing public relation yang digunakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yakni menjelaskan data secara real tanpa ada perlakuan khusus atau treatment. Adapun penelitian lapangan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara (in depth interview) dengan pihak eksekutif pemasaran Cafe Ohlala Internasional. Wawancara yang digunakan bersifat terbuka dan tidak membatasi jawaban informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan strategi marketing public relation yang digunakan adalah; Pull strategy yakni dengan melakukan publikasi ke media sosial, push strategy (menjadi sponsor dibeberapa acara, mengadakan promo dan turut serta dalam memberikan bantuan kepada sesama berupa nasi kotak atau nasi bungkus). Selanjutnya, pass strategy memberikan feedback dan melakukan kegiatan sosial. Selanjutnya, dalam pelaksanaanya, 7 theoires Whallen yang diterapkan antara lain; nalisys Situations, Objectives, Strategy, Target, Massage, Tactics, Evaluations
