Description:

Strategi digital marketing telah menjadi inti dari upaya bisnis dalam berinteraksi dan terhubung dengan pelanggan secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi digital marketing oleh Central Restoran Tomang untuk upaya meningkatkatkan customer engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis menggunakan kajian studi kasus. Penelitian ini melibatkan akumulasi data melalui pengamatan, wawancara, serta dokumentasi, serta mengumpulkan beberapa literatur, kepustakaan dan buku. Dengan menggunakan strategi customer bonding, empathy, reciprocity dan trust dalam menciptakan pengalaman digital yang positif, kesadaran Central Restoran Tomang terhadap kebutuhan customer, respon yang cepat terhadap umpan balik, dan transparasi dalam komunikasi telah membantu Central Restoran Tomang dalam meningkatkan customer engagement. Keberhasilan Central Restoran Tomang dalam memanfaatkan konten yang relevan, interaksi yang aktif, dan penawaran eksklusif serta program loyalitas juga menjadi faktor dalam meningkatkan customer engagement
