Description:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gejala stres psikologis, fisik, dan
perilaku secara parsial terhadap kinerja perawat dan mengetahui gejala stres kerja
yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pantai Indah
Kapuk. Penelitian menggunakan causal reasearch untuk mengetahui pengaruh
variabel bebas terhadap variabel tergantung. Pengambilan data responden dilakukan
secara purposive sampling terhadap 102 tenaga keperawatan di RSPIK, yang
memiliki pengalaman kerja di atas 1 tahun. Metode analisis dengan uji hipotesis dan
regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak gejala stres
terhadap kinerja perawat, yang diolah dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 13
