Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dan hasil analisis data dalam pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) pada PT. Panin Bank Cabang Puri Indah Kembangan Jakarta Barat. 2. Berdasarkan uji Statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Brand Image (X2) terhadap Loyalitas nasabah (Y) pada PT. Panin Bank Cabang Puri Indah Kembangan Jakarta Barat. 3. Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah (Y) adalah faktor Kualitas Pelayanan (X1).
