Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung customer relationship management dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Telkomsel. Pengaruh langsung customer relationship management, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pengaruh tidak langsung customer relationship management dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari customer relationship management, kualitas pelayanan, dan variabel intervening adalah kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah loyalitas pelanggan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan kriteria jumlah sampel ditetapkan 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan customer relationship management, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan, customer relationship management berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan, customer relationship management berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan.
