Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Retail Mix terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Matahari Department Store Dengan Customer Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Variabel Independent terdiri atas Store Atmosphere, Merchandise, Customer Service, variabel Dependen adalah Customer Loyalty, dan variabel Intervening adalah Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan yang melakukan transaksi pembelanjaan 2-3 kali dalam 2 bulan terakhir. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 160 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Store Atmosphere dan Customer Service berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Sedangkan untuk Merchandise tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Store Atmosphere, Merchandise, Customer Service, dan Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction tidak berhasil menjadi variabel Intervening bagi Store Atmosphere, Merchandise dan Customer Service karena memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan pengaruh langsungnya.
