Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth dan Brand Image Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan JNE (Studi Pada Pelanggan JNE Kec.Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh orang yang menggunakan jasa pengiriman JNE yang berdomisili Kec.Tanah Abang Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan Metode Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan,word of mouth dan brand image secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan brand image tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan
