Description:

Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh antara digital public relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Oreo, (2) untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh antara daya tarik brand ambassador terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Oreo, (3) untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh antara digital public relations dan brand ambassador terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Oreo. Diharapkan peneltian ini dapat memberikan edukasi dan menambah wawasan kepada pembaca. Teori yang digunakan adalah SOR. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitaitf dengan kuisioner. Populasi difokuskan pada perkotaan besar dengan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara tayangan digital public relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Oreo X Blackpink. Namun, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara daya tarik brand ambassador terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Oreo X Blackpink. Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara tayangan digital public relations dan daya tarik brand ambassador terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Oreo X Blackpink sebesar 25 persen
