Description:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga,kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek Sate Taichan Goreng Tebet. Variabel independen terdiri atas harga, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek, variabel dependen terdiri atas loyalitas pelanggan Sate Taichan Goreng Tebet. Jumlah sampel 150 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanm metode Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, metode yang digunakan dalan penelitian ini adalah pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel Harga berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, kemudian hasil lain dari penelitian ini Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, sedangkan Citra Merek berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Sate Taichan Goreng Tebet
